Beginning in 2001, the Program took on 12 male youth from the Big Creek School District.
The Goals of the Program:
- Provide youth with positive role models
- Educate youth on the hazards of alcohol, tobacco,

and other drugs
- Assist youth in making good life decisions
- Build youth leadership and character
- Promote the importance of physical fitness and

proper nutrition
- Promote environmental awareness
- Encourage youth responsibility
- MOST IMPORTANT: HAVE FUN!!!!
Today, the Jr. Special Forces Program accepts students beginning in the 8th grade. Males and females are accepted and parent participation is encouraged.
